I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience in community mental health, including outpatient therapy, crisis services, and intensive community programs. I have also supervised clinical teams and led mental health programs, giving me a broad perspective on what supports meaningful healing.
I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, and I provide LGBTQ+ affirming care. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down‑to‑earth. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can be honest, build practical tools, and engage in deeper healing and self‑understanding.
